Hwashi CNC Seam Welding Machine delivers continuous roller seam welding for kitchen sink manufacturing. MFDC inverter technology + Mitsubishi 3-axis servo control (X/Y/A) produce airtight, watertight seams on single, double, and triple-bowl sinks in any shape.

Product Details
Continuous Roller Seam Welding

Two precision roller wheels apply controlled pressure and MFDC current along the sink seam, creating overlapping weld nuggets that form a continuous airtight seal. Unlike spot welding (discrete welds, potential leak points), roller seam welding produces one uninterrupted sealed seam — no pinholes, no rework, no post-weld sealing required.

CNC 3-Axis Servo Automation

Mitsubishi servo motors drive X-axis (table movement), Y-axis (vertical travel), and A-axis (360° rotation). Input coordinates and welding current — the machine executes the complete welding path autonomously. Up to 95 programs stored for instant switch between sink models.

MFDC Inverter Power

Medium-frequency DC output ensures fast current rise, stable arc, and minimal spatter. Current control accuracy ±1% guarantees consistent weld quality. Three-phase balanced input protects your facility power grid.

Heavy-Duty Worktable

Large copper flat table provides stable, uniform conductivity. Custom fixtures per sink model ensure precise positioning. X-axis travel ≥2,500mm accommodates oversized sinks.

Water-Cooled Continuous Operation

Closed-loop water cooling on transformer, SCR, and electrodes enables extended production runs without overheating. Low maintenance, stable quality throughout.
